You can arrange cremation services by contacting us directly via phone, email, or through our website. We offer pickup services, or you can bring your pet to our facility.

While appointments are recommended, we understand that the loss of a pet can be sudden. We are flexible and strive to accommodate your needs, whether it’s an immediate request or a scheduled appointment.

We can assist with transportation from your home, veterinary office, or other locations. Just contact us, and we’ll guide you through the process.

We understand that losing a pet can be a deeply emotional experience. While we don’t offer professional counselling, we provide resources for pet loss support and can connect you with grief counsellors or support groups if needed.

Once the cremation is complete, we will notify you, and you can either pick up your pet’s ashes at our location or have them delivered to your home.

It’s helpful to remove any collars, tags, or personal items from your pet before cremation. If you would like to keep a paw print or fur, we can assist in preserving these for you.

We will accommodate where possible to have your pet cremated with its favourite ball, blanket if required.

We offer options for a small ceremony, if you want to say goodbye at our chapel of rest.

Yes, we provide cremation services for a wide variety of animals, including birds, rabbits, reptiles, and other exotic pets. Please inquire about specific arrangements for your pet.

It is your personal preference for how you would like your ashes returned, we offer many different options starting from a scatter tube, wooden caskets, metal urns, and life-like breeds of your dog or cat. We also offer jewellery where the ashes are placed into the item of your choice and coated with colour resin – for more information on this please ask – a new page will be coming to our website soon with some examples.

Yes we offer a package for £20 for paw and nose prints and fur clippings, please let us know before cremation if you would like this. We will take a number of prints for you.

We personally load your pet into the cremation unit and ensure all ashes are stored separately when the ashes are removed. You will meet with the owners and being a small family-run business get the service you expect. We are based in the countryside of Northamptonshire in Hartwell, however, we do not have a radius. If you are happy to travel to us you are welcome to visit us and use the chapel of rest.
